A downloadable hack
This is a hack about being a werewolf (possibly in space). It is a hack about rage and trying your best to hide it. It is a hack about finding what lengths you'll go to keep the beast inside, and what carnage you'll bring when it is unleashed.
This hack currently contains:
- Modified rules for playing Ironsworn or Starforged as a werewolf
- 4 additional truths about werewolves
- 4 assets built around being a werewolf
Unlike my previous projects, I'll likely keep developing this one. Ever since I first played Ironsworn, I had a nagging feeling that it had the bones to be the werewolf game I always dreamed of. This hack isn't quite there, but I'm excited to increment my way towards it. If you have any feedback, I'd be happy to hear it!
This hack was summitted for the Starforged 2023 Jam as a genre hack in the paranormal/occult vein. It exists thanks to the incredibly supportive community and permissive license of Starforged: Ironsworn. You can find more information about this great game at https://www.ironswornrpg.com/.
